I am working as a housekeeping supervisor in Saudi Aramco camp, i am managing a team of 50 people and i am responsible for the cleaning of all residents rooms (1200 rooms) of all types plus the public areas such as gym, diwaniya and recreations, and finally the laundry service.
I was a member of the pre opening team of the hotel. I was responsible for all the cleaning and arrangement of all public areas such as restaurants, banquet ball rooms and lobbies as well as back areas also.
I was doing a training program for six monthes at the reception and housekeeping departements.
I was doing and completing a training program in the laundry, housekeeping and front office departements, working in all divisions of each departement.
During this period i was still studying and working at the same time as a captain in the banquet departement, responsible for preparing for the functions in several ball rooms in the hotel and also serving the guests during the functions assuring the perfect service for the reputation of the hotel.
My study in this university was for one year,six monthes as theoric studies including some practical weeks inside the hotel of the institute and six monthes of internship included in the final grade and completion of the degree.My GPA was 3.0 and i conducted also a program to take the french degree wich is equivalent to the english degree.
I completed my bachelor's degree in one year divided in two semesters of theoric studies and my GPA was 3.4.
I studied in this institute a program for three years called TS (techniques superieures) including theoric courses based on the learning of the service in the restaurant and kitchen as well as the relation between quality and price. Also there were practical courses based on working and training at the kitchen and the restaurant of our institute.I completed this three years program after an official exam at the end of the third year, and i took a mention as good.
This was my last year at school and i completed it succesfully after conducting an official exam.
