* Plan and execute company business model evaluation, evolution, optimization including but not limited to P&L and portfolio optimization and rationalization, cost centre optimization, operational model evolution etc....

*Established the company Strategy layout framework setup with multiple scenarios per Gandour entity, both long term and short term, with their execution and evaluation plans to enable the Gandour group to identify any risks towards its current business model and adapt if necessary

• Chief enterprise architect in the Business process transformation project with Gandour, spanning across full end to end Value stream implementation
• Facilitated the implementation of SAP core functionality modules (FICO, BPC, GRC, MM, IM, SRM, CRM, SD, PM, PPPI, QM, BI) as well as SCM (supply chain management), Ariba, Human Capital Management and S&OP (sales and operations planning) all based on HANA Enterprise Cloud technology with total project value exceeding 20M USD
• Migrated the outdated Lotus Domino/Notes infrastructure to fully cloud supported Office 365 including Outlook online to reduce operating costs by 38% (see case study published by Microsoft under publications)
• Ensured License compliance with all major vendors across the group in all countries we operate in
• Fully designed and constructed a Tier 3 data center to facilitate for the private cloud environment between KSA, India, Lebanon and Egypt including converged networking, high performance server farms with SSD arrays, high speed connectivity with multiple fallback links and fully redundant data center environment

• Established the leadership system for the marketing department including branding strategies, human capital induction and go to market approach, refurbished the financial reporting system from the business capability viewpoint in order to assure transparency across the group and help advance business to a record high in profitability rating
• In addition to the above held the functional responsibility of all IT departments across the enterprise directing project implementations of various solutions in accordance with the business strategy and value stream execution (ERP, best of breed applications and communication platforms)
