• Led a team of 103 personnel on site including engineers, designers, planners, supervisors, QA/QC staff, and all other site functions.
• Managed design, installation and commissioning of the following technical systems: dry sprinkler system, wet sprinkler system, FM 200, and VISDA system, security systems.
• Managed the correct preparation and implementation of method statement, job hazard analysis, inspection test plans, commissioning data book and other deliverable technical documents for approval by client.
• Controlled the site both from a financial aspect and an administrative aspect. Reported the status of project and other findings to head office on a weekly basis.
• Developed and implemented an HSE policy which resulted in a site which was LTI-free and incident-free for the 300, 000 man-hours spent on site.
• Installation supervisor of water treatment plant, HVAC, and electrical arc furnace.
• Led site erection team of 50 personnel including: foremen, electricians, operators, and surveyors.
• Inspected MEP construction to ensure compliance with applicable building codes and contract docs

• Assisted Construction Manager with evaluation of change order work scope and cost estimates.
• Installation supervisor of water treatment plant (RO, cooling tower, pumping station, piping …etc.), firefighting systems, control systems.
