In the role of Unified Communication I was responsible for,
• Planning, Design, Implementation and troubleshooting of Cisco Unified Communications and Collaborations Solution versions until 12.x
• Specialized in Cisco UCS B, C and MCS Series Servers
• Cisco Unified Communication Manager Express, SRST, CME SRST, CUBE, Cisco Unity, Cisco Unity Connection and Cisco Unity Express.
• Design, Implementation and Configuration of CWMS (On premise Webex)
• Design/Implementation and troubleshooting of Cisco VCS-Control and VCS-Express, Jabber and Telepresence.
• Design/Implementation and troubleshooting of Cisco Unified Presence Servers, Cisco Unified Communications Manager IM & Presence
• Integration and troubleshooting of Cisco Unified Communications Manager with PSTN, Voice Mail systems.
• Configuring call control protocols on Cisco Voice Gateways H.323, SCCP, MGCP and SIP
• Troubleshooting Cisco Analog and Digital voice gateways, including ISR's, VG350’s, VG248's, VG224's, VG204's, VG202's ATA-187, ATA-186, ATA-196
