•Define and lead the VM strategies according to the marketing plan and sales objectives, develop VM initiatives that address the business needs, collaborate with the marketing, wholesale and retail team to successfully plan out Visualization Calendar.
•Lead a team of Visual Merchandisers execution that implement the visual merchandising standards and guidelines in all store concepts and formats.
•Coach and develop Visual Merchandisers to ensure high quality visual merchandising performance and to build a talent pool within Retail Back office.
•Be up- to-date on market competitors and provide input where needed in VM development.
•Support new store opening VM planning and manage delivery of VM materials required for stores, to ensure timely implementation
•Support franchise and wholesale partners to implement marketing campaigns.
•Responsible for maintenance and layout of existing stores
•Assist with development of related policies, guidelines and processes for all channels.

Cross-functional Projects & Key Achievements
• Launch, implement and measure the Model Store Project 3.0 across 13 countries in 41 stores from a visual merchandising perspective to ensure brand image represented and maintained as per global guidelines - GCC countries came in 1st & 2nd places with FPST increase by 21%.
•Lead the VM training for the Kingdom Project and support expansion in KSA and ensure a smooth transition of staff with the Saudization transition including on boarding and upskilling over a period of 6 months.
•Layout reshaping for all franchise doors in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait & Bahrain to increase Net sales and be more consumer focused -sales increased approx. +15 %.
