Software Installation on User PCs:
• Install and configure essential software applications on user PCs as specified.
Remote Desktop Services (RDS) Setup:
• Configure and manage Remote Desktop Services for efficient remote access to applications and resources.
Client-specific Application Setup and Support:
• Identify, setup, integrate, and support client-specific applications beyond standard software.
Static IP Offering for Whitelisting:
• Provide dedicated Static IPs for whitelisting purposes as required by Clients applications or servers.
Ongoing Support and Maintenance:
• Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain services with on-site visits during specified hours.
