-Study and prepare the human resources strategic plan and coordinate it with the entire company’s plan to achieve the organizational objectives as Human Resources is a strategic partner.
-Identify staff vacancies, recruit, interview and select applicants.
-Write and place job advertising in various media. Create standard tests for candidates’ assessment.
-Write job descriptions and update job descriptions written by others.
-Preparation of regular reports, charts, indicators, forms, applications and related requirements according to company needs & procedures.
-Plan and Organize annual, monthly, weakly and daily reports and plans; Manpower Plan, organizational chart, Employment Plan, Turn over Report & Turnover Cost; reports, analysis and presentations.
-Provide recommendations to the management on compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs.
-Conduct Exit Interviews.
-Setting and managing the Recruitment Budget. -
-Following up all employee relations; Insurance deals, Syrian labour law and related decisions. -
-Play the rule of Human Resources Generalist, though providing advice and support to other HR team members to ensure effective and efficient collaboration among the several HR function.
-Set and update the HR policies and employee handbook based on the need of the organization.
-Help heads department in performance appraisal by setting real objectives and goals to be achieved at the end of each year.
- Focus on talent people and set a development plans to invest them for the future.
-Setting the organization development plans based on the employee’s needs.
