Riyadh Metro Project (RMP) - 11 Elevated Stations.
Following up with site teams for the GRP fixation in several stations.
Checking plans, drawings and material quantities for accuracy of calculations.
Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
Preparing reports as required.
Maintaining proper documentation of records
Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site.
Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may
arise.
Occasionally discuss with Operation Manager when an opportunity of
improving the accuracy of procedure/process is observed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performing technical and feasibility studies
- analyzing maps, survey reports, plans and related data.
-Executing and design civil engineering projects.
-Valuing completed work and arranging for payments.
-Preparing invoices with subcontractors and client.
- Carrying out extensive environmental impact assessments and identifying
potential risk factors that can affect project delivery.
-Enforcing engineering, local and legal regulations like health and safety
protocols on-site
-Liaising with the project planning engineer regarding construction
progress.
-Checking materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified
requirements.
-Resolving technical issues with employer’s representatives, suppliers, subcontractors and statutory authoritie
- Quantity Surveying and Issuing and Checking Invoices.
-Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labor costs
-Liaising with company's project purchasing department to ensure that
purchase orders adequately define the specified requirements.
-Preparing technical reports and site diary.
-Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring
the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.

3- Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
4- Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant.
5 Resolving technical issues with employer’s representatives, suppliers, subcontractors and statutory authorities
6- Quality control in accordance with IS/procedures method statements, quality plans and inspection and test plans, all prepared by the project management team and by subcontractors.
