•To carry out the Administrative Functions of the Project Management Team and to Provide Management
Assistance to the Project Manager.(HR, Admin, Finance, Procurement &vehicle maintenance)
•Be In charge of all the financial handling of the Field Office and Carry out the Filling System of the
Project Management Office in an Accurate Manner.
.Maintain all Related data- bases in HR, Finance and Contract Payment
•Liaise with the HO for follow up on Staff Salaries, Attendance and Leave related Matters,
Payments / Reimbursement of Expenditures etc.
•Responsible for In - Out clearance of staff Resigning from the project.
•Planning and preparing annual project proposals,
•Budgeting, and implementing the projects.
•Coordinating, Monitoring and evaluating the overall relief and development projects.
•Supervising of Programme Officer’s and Field Officer’s project work.
•Providing capacity building training for officers & stake holders.
•Participating the District and Divisional level coordination meetings.
•Over all Management & Administrative works of District Office.
•Organizing Career Guidance workshops and Seminars for Job Seekers.
•Identifying the Job Seeker’s Training needs and involving them for relevant & suitable
Training fields in the Technical Colleges, VTA Centers and other Recognized Training Institutions.
•Consumer Relations Activities.
•Legal Activities of Consumers Complaints.
•Promotion of Hardware sales activities
•Over all Co-ordination works of Ministry & District level
•Over all Youth Development activities. including
Personal Management, Organizing Youth camps, workshops and Seminars
•Involving the Youths for Needful Training & Providing Financial Assistance for Self Employment.
