° Establish the financial Planning concept within the group (4 plants with capacity more than 2MT steel)

° Establish & lead the budget process within the group (plants and Management Company) and standardize a model for the monthly budget.

° Lead the SAP implementation within the group (establish cost centers, profit center, chart of account and the financial cycle…)

° Contribute in the preparation of the group business plan to explore source of finance for new projects.

° Support the evaluation of new investment opportunities (modeling &valuation), supervise & control new projects spending, product pricing and the cost optimization process.

Achievements

° Participate in securing source of financing 2 melt shop plants with latest technology (4.8 M billion EGP was granted to the group).

° Prepare the steel financial reporting manuals which become the base of the financial reporting within the group.

° Oversee the continuous improvement of planning processes and the development of the team with the goal to achieve best practices and optimal output.
