- Schedule and prioritize maintenance activities in line with available resource and customer requirements to ensure we are efficient and meeting our customers’ expectations.
- Follow established processes and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the business.
- Liaise with the procurement team to get the required materials delivered in a timely manner.
- Preparing quotations, analyzing the profit margin over internal and sub contracting works and maintaining overall revenue of the site.
- Liaise wit Suppliers and sub contractor in negotiating contracts and timely delivery of the service provided.
- Monthly analysis of Account payable to the Sub Contractor and cross check of the work being completed and providing management with data and figures
- Record all maintenance activities and customer liaison within appropriate systems to enable a full history of activities to be visible to all.
- Conducting meetings with the Technical teams to understand the challenges that have been faced and address it to the line manager for improvement.
- Take ownership of overcoming problems to ensure tasks are completed in a prompt and compliant manner.
- Initiate changes in the documentation of process flow to various section of the business.
- Maintaining report of the works that have been done on a daily basis and preserving it for a minimum span of 6 months.
- Ensuring all the payment are updated for the month end data analysis for Profit and loss Statement
- Invoicing at the month end with complete details & the service request proof of the jobs that were carried out.
- To stop (or take appropriate actions) the work/activities being carried out in case of HSE violations/Unsafe acts.
