Leading a team of three Health and Safety advisors, working on all EIFFAGE housing and residential projects in Paris area.

1. Comprehensive knowledge of local and international health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
2. Proven track record in developing and implementing effective safety policies, procedures, and training programs to promote a culture of safety awareness and minimize workplace accidents.
3. Strong analytical skills in conducting thorough risk assessments, identifying potential hazards, and implementing appropriate control measures to mitigate risks effectively.
4. Experience in leading incident investigations, root cause analysis, and the development of corrective action plans, resulting in improved safety performance and prevention of recurring incidents.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling me to build strong relationships with employees at all levels, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to foster a collaborative approach to health and safety management
Reporting to HSE Director, I’m in charge of implementation of HSE company policy and HSMS on Paris area construction projects. I’m also guiding and advising site project Managers in development of safe construction processes, site management (circulation/traffic, emergency procedure, etc…) and training of workers.
Advising and guiding the Client ( international construction group) on HSE issues through development and implementation of HSMS on a large construction project.
Responsible of safety and security in construction site
Responsible of maintenance and security in public park
