Controls Field Service & repair operations at work shop on all equipment, including work scheduling, Parts ordering, jobs in progress and job closures. Control quantitative aspects (man-hours & cost) & ensure quality performance of work.
Supervises and manage daily Servicing and repair of all equipments in the Field and work shop, with the objective of maintaining a minimum downtime with a maximum operating performance.
Periodically assessed & identify performance of the Service staff's weaknesses & inabilities. Recommend & arrange proper training and development to improve job performance and product knowledge.
Ensure the work assigns to Service staff is in accordance of the Manufacturer's service and operating recommendations.
Ensure good customer relations and an open line of communications between Service staff and customers' Operators and personnel on the site.
Ensure Parts & supplies ordering are accurate and accounted for, to meet every specific job order.
