Reporting to the CEO,
Responsible for the administrative and operational work process in addition to the financial part.
Reporting to the financial Manager & The General Manager.
Following the Preparation of the monthly journal entries (revenues, banks, general expense, Assets Depreciation, construction Acc, banks deposits, interest income, prepaid expenses, gain & loss from exchanging rates, settlements, etc…).
Periodical banks situation report.
Preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly reports and budgets for foreign shareholders
Analyzing of accounts & Preparing tax declaration report
Following up collections of revenues from our affiliated Companies.
Providing the necessary information and reports for the legal and taxing Auditors at the end of each quarter.
Distributing of net profits to all shareholders
Foreign and Egyptian Shareholders reports
Responsible for the treasury Department (Loans, Negotiations with banks, saving liquidity)
Creating Complete Assets Registers for the company assets.
Responsible the Assets Department which make the registers of assets for our Group of hotels
Ordenary works of General accounting & credit accounts with hospitals, following up banks, Collecting, custom, purchasing.
- Following up all accounts which is actualy related to constructing Housing resorts (clients, banking, , , , , , etc).
- Responsible for spa & health club center in sheraton sharm hotels
