Responsible for:
1- Sawary Project Tower (1.9 billion Pound)
2- Faculty of Engineering and the university administration building at New Mansoura University project (717 million Pound)
-To ensure the issuing of project schedule whether in tender or construction phase with the most appropriate planning methodology.
-Monitor the project progress to assure that the project progress complies with the estimated baseline schedule.
-Prepare Schedule Narrative to assist Tender Department in preparing the method of statement for the project in tender stage.
-Prepare the scheduled project file after submission of all the required data to the Tender Department
-Issue daily, weekly and monthly progress reports about the project and provide input to Management staff.
-Project Cost Plan and submit its monthly status report
-Project Cash flow & submit monthly status analysis
-Project close-out report
-Follow up with the Productivity Team and issue the monthly reports for project rates.
First Project:
New garden city project (R5), New capital.
*The Project consist of 5 cluster and 10 towers, each cluster consist of 5 building and plaza, the building between 10 to 14 floor and all slabs are post tension.
-Preparing project time schedule.
-Monitor and tracking project progress and writing up daily reports.
-Monitoring and tracking project progress and writing up reports.
-Attending and scheduling meetings as required.
Second Project
*New Mansoura university project
Project consist of faculty of medicine and university hospital.
-Preparing project time schedule.
-Monitor and tracking project progress and writing up daily reports.
-Preparation of engineering transmittals plan specially design and shop drawings tracking it during construction.
-Make purchase orders with required quantities after reviewing and follow up on contracting
Loading resources (labor, equipment and materials) for all activities.
-Visit the site to update time schedule.
The Project consist of Algalala hotel (with 298 rooms and suits), ballroom (with area 8000m2), Royal compound, Galala villas and Algalala mall (with area 40000 m2) total budget 3.5 billion L.E
-Project’s Programmers planning, scheduling and progress follow up.
-Prepare projects progress Reports.
-perform Earned Value Analysis
-"External and Internal" weekly, Bi-Weekly and Monthly reports.
Iam responsible for supervising of construction and finishing of 122 rooms,
12 suites, Panorama lifts and the spa.
Ensure execution of work according to approved drawings, design and
specifications.
Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and
monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors to
assure contract compliance.
Ensure that materials used meet specifications and established standards
of quality.
Prepare the activity according to design drawings, shop drawings, and
specifications for consultant review.
