In charge of technical team. Oversee, plan, organize and control all the day-to-day tasks and operations in the technical department including, but not limited to the following:
1. Managing and directing all technical staff, through daily meetings or individually, to guarantee and maintain customer satisfaction (Sales → Customers)
2. To efficiently allocate incoming requests (RFQ’s, Tenders, Orders, etc.) to the team, prioritizing actions and monitoring team resource so that customer deadlines are met
3. Reviewing of technical submittals prepared by the technical engineers for the customers such as technical offers, data schedules, deviations list, cables cross-sectional drawings…..etc.)
4. To conduct team training on new business guidelines or design developments
5. To lead the strategic development of all design and technical functions
6. To set departmental work procedures and guidelines and make sure that they are followed stringently
7. To promote and foster a strong, ethical, friendly and efficient team culture and working environment
8. To ensure constant communication with all technical team to identify potential problems, formulate recommendations and solutions
9. Transferring and Lending expertise to all technical staff
10. Provide an effective technical support to our customers, with appropriate and inclusive solutions
11. Suggest alternative technical solutions to meet client requirements more efficiently, with greater reliability, and better performance
12. Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to address customer questions and clarification
13. Prepare and present all seminars related to Cables & Wires products, whether they are technical, marketing, or product launching seminars
14. Work with the marketing department to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer
15. Conduct product presentations to any new customers, consulting offices, or mega projects
