Design Manager - Design management director
Responsibilities Included but not limited to:
1. Prepare design briefs, Technical aspects for Request for Proposals (RFP’s), studies of user requirements, site conditions, planning, design and building in use etc. and give appraisals and recommendations for the assigned Projects.
2. Evaluate the technical and financial proposals for design, management and supervision services.
3. Manage the Design process through different project stages to ensure compliance of project designs with time, cost and quality requirements for the assigned Projects; and proper achievement of their project vision.
4. Control the design process and different consultants through the feasibility study, Pre-Concept, Concept, Schematic design and Detailed Design, tender stages by collaboration of all concerned parties.
5. Collaborate Coordination Meeting with Consultants for Multidisciplinary Design aspects and avoid Design Errors.
6. Support and coordinate with marketing and sales team to insure the maximum profitability for the project.
7. Feasibility studies for new projects
8. Design management for all Projects
Responsibilities Included but not limited to:
1. Monitor and revise the project stages from Schematic design to tender document.
2. Attend CEO’s progress meetings to insure the Vice chairman’s project overviewing.
3. Work as a central technical office for Porto group including all technical support needs for several projects.
4. Coordinate with Project’s CEO, marketing team and urban designer to achieve the aim of the project
5. Value engineering.
6. Determine each project overall base schedule to achieve the completion date.
7. Revise Schematic, design development, tender documents.
8. Responsible for Revit implementation in the group.
9. Upgrade the documentation system for technical support department.
10. Review shop drawings, approve material for fast track subjects

Responsibilities Included but not limited to:
1- Supervised the architectural & interior design construction documents.
2-Managing the technical review and coordination of the interior, FF&E,
architectural shop drawings, RFI, MAR & FCR and assuring that all
required tasks are performed within time frame, according to the project
technical specifications.

3-monitor the running project to meet the target date with the best quality by increasing the team efficiency and make historical information to build on the new projects
4-develop the Architectural design, preparation all drawings for difference phases of projects including working drawings and dealing with international codes at all design phases.
5-Review and co-ordinate all related discipline design drawings
6-Ensure that the contractors comply with drawings and specification
7-Ensure that the team is working effectively, keeping to schedule and budget hours.
8-Revisie the Construction Document and replying the RFI's

8- Architectural presentation, Preparation All Drawings for Difference Phases of Projects Including Concept Design, Schematic Design, Working Drawings and Detailed Drawings.
