• Rent, buy, or sell property for clients. Perform duties, such as study property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts. Includes agents who represent buyer.
• Generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
• Monitoring the customers’ emails to ensure we provide the best service in timely manner.
• Discuss the customer requests with senior management and ensure to meet the agreed with company’s directions.
• Setting meetings with different departments to facilitate the operation process.
• Preparing the transfer of ownership
• Prepare a weekly report for the implied and handover units to Management and CEO to ascertain status of handover.
• Ensuring professional relationships are established and maintained with clients.
• Ensure Placing direct phone calls, E-mails and in& outdoor meetings with defaulted customers.
• Works closely with staff to resolve customer complaints, while providing a positive experience
• Responsible for Pending cases with Finance
• Analyses, coordinate and produce monthly department reports in Discoverer and ensure they are submitted on time to the Manager, Customer Care
• Escalate customer issues, complaints and customer queries and report major problems to Customer Care Supervisor
• Prepare periodic correspondence for payment reminders, Notice of delivery, Hand Over, Customer Homer Orientation, Finishes letters & modification letters & ensure there accurate delivery to the assigned recipient in coordination with the assigned courier.
• Modifications Admin work
• Preparing Finishes analysis for all projects.
• Contracts management should be able to provide with at any time the status of all signed and unsigned contracts of the projects.
• Create customers account. And reviewing sales orders in Oracle with databases and filing system.
• Assisting in any pre-launch activity like registration as Sales Centers, getting payment terms ready, stocking promotional materials like brochures, floor plans etc., assisting in manpower planning.
• Ensure advance Blocking of units for Strategic, Chairman, international purposes.
• A complete inventory report is sent every week with a proper breakdown of the net sales, cancellations and blockings.
• Liaising with Customer Care department for issues related to upgrades, reinstatement cases etc.
• Liaising with Legal department for legal matters e.g. ROT disputes.
• Liaising with Finance department to follow up on international payments, confirmation of down payment received etc.
• Liaising with Development department for issues related to unit specifications, pricing etc.
• Liaising with Internal Audit for audit enquiries.
• Compare and ensure that unit pricing and description matches in master data base, contracts and Oracle (checked daily).
• Prepare the reservation agreement as per legal required.
• General filing of the CIS copies, other important correspondence in the Sales Centers.
• Ensure the sales centers is adequately stocked with stationery, pantry items and all projects promotional materials i.e. brochures, sight plans etc.
• Validate all commission claims by the Sales Executive and submit them for further approvals from management.
• Monitoring daily attendance of sales staff.
• Assist the sales staff with any requirements they may have.
• Raising PR’s.
• Contracts management should be able to provide with at any time the status of all signed and unsigned contracts of the projects.
• Assisting in any pre-launch activity like registration as Sales Centers, getting payment terms ready, stocking promotional materials like brochures, floor plans etc., assisting in manpower planning.
• Assisting in customer data entry and sales order creation on the launch day.
• Approving all sales orders on the launch day.
• Assisting the sales team by providing them with availability lists at launches or events.
• Assist other sales centers whenever required.
• Updating the sales team with any updated information on payment terms, project completion dates etc.
