Responsibilities

• Prepare mechanical and piping project specification, design reports and tender documents.
• Review, approve and follow up contactors schedule.
• Member of technical evaluation committees.
• Provides engineering support of the project.

The scope for this phase of the WDDM development is to develop the engineering performed during the FEED phase of the project by performing the detailed design, procurement and installation and pre-commissioning of the following:
 Installation of a third 36” export pipeline approximately 70km in length.
 Installation and hook up of a new Tie - In Structure (TIS) located adjacent to the existing PLEM with subsea Hot Tie-in.

Responsibilities
• Review Pre-FEED & FEED deliverables issued by external engineering design house (INTEC).
• Prequalification of contractors.
• Constructability review for a brown field installation. Cost and Schedule Risk reviews.
• EPIC ITT Package Preparation (SOW and Specifications) for international contractor market.
• Technical and Commercial evaluation for the Engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning (EPIC) contract.
• Review, coordinate and prepare the comments on the technical qualification as part of the Tenderers proposal.
• Update all Technical specifications and scope of work based on the tender evaluation clarifications and qualifications in order to finalize the contract.
• Integration of lesson learned from previous project phases.
• Involved in the final negotiation meetings followed by issuing fax of award to the EPIC Contractor.
• Management of the EPIC Contractors (All Seas, Technip and PMS).
• Review installation procedure, Coordinate technical issues with IVA, MWS and Technical assurance team.
• Review baseline and updated schedule for EPIC contractor.
• Review and approve invoices from various contractors.
• Follow up fabrication activities for subsea structures and other project components.
• Detailed engineering follow up in the EPIC contractor’s overseas engineering office.
