Responsibilities:
Manage the team and follow-up various tasks.
Manage the government relation department’s budget and expenses.
Helping colleagues in case there is a problem with any of the government departments across the a country.
Maintain good relations and visits to Department of Residence and Foreigners Affairs, labor office, Department of Economic Development, Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Health, ministry of information, traffic police, Customs as well as all government departments and ministries.
Trade License issuing and renewal in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman Ras Al Khayma and Fujeirah.
Keep records of passports and visa expiry dates, inform team members in advance of passport expiry dates and extend/renew visas prior to expiry dates.
Ensures that all Company permits and licenses are obtained and in line with the legal and governments' requirements.
Manage all applications of visas and cancellations and deal directly with immigration department for visa matters for team members, company management and their families.
Manage health insurance companies where I do select the best out them for our staff.
Ensure the safekeeping of all team members’ passports.
Organize/Facilitate appointments for the Emirates ID card and Medical test for team members.
Provides assistance in obtaining visas for travelling key personnel.
Provides assistance on police and court cases, immigration and labor issue and other related matters.

* Schedule staff’s visa, medical, coordinating with other internal and external
departments.
* Collect all appropriate documentation necessary for visa and permits required to be
processed.
* Organize visas for holiday and business related travel for managers as required.
* Responding to staff queries on visa/ labour/ passport related matters.
* Ensure all visa, medical and labour permits are up to date and arrange timely
renewal.
* Assist in all general inquiries concerning labour and immigration matters.
