Egyptian Academy for Engineering and advanced Technology (EAE&AT)

Teaching Assistant
  • My current job since January 2018

to Computer Programming using c#
Introduced the basic concepts of computer programming, from operators and conditional statements to recursive functions and Object Oriented Programming (OOP)

•Microcontroller
Interfacing with/programming a microcontroller using embedded C
Teaching students how to create various applications (Calculator, Clock, interactive LED display, etc…) and how to interface with an external device (LCD)

•Logic Design
Introduced students to number systems, basic logic gates, Truth tables and Karnaugh maps.
Introduced students to gate level design and the concept of oscillator design
Introduced students to complex gate design using basic gates and how to implement their design in the lab

•Microprocessor
Introduced students to arithmetic operations using different number systems
Introduced basic assembly level programming including stack operations, memory interface and flag manipulation
Taught the students the difference between a microcontroller and a microprocessor.

PROJECTS INVOLVED IN

•Interfacing the Rabbit Core RCM3365 module that accommodates up to eight devices in order to monitor and adjust water conditions in fish tanks.

•Small Scale PCI and ISA Bus Design: Designed a small scale ISA bus and a small scale PCI bus using Verilog then simulated the designs and analyzed the waveform results using ModelSim.

•Floating Point Multiplication: Design of a pipelined Floating Point Multiplication system capable of multiplying two 32-bit floating point numbers and storing the result according to IEEE 754 format with exception handling.

•ADC Design: Designed a fully differential, 6-bit successive approximation ADC using a switched-capacitor charge-redistribution DAC using DNL, analog to digital conversion, input voltage range, total input capacitance while using 0.35 µ m CMOS process technology.
