• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Manage inventory movements, batch control, and expiry tracking using SAP ERP.

• Prepare operational dashboards and KPI reports for management review.

Fneure to track routes to assure on time deliverins to anterprise ructnmers
Following up the supporting documents necessary for invoicing on time
Review and arrange all transportation paperwork inclusive of driver logs, trip reports and invoices
Record accurately tractor mileages essential for fuel tax monthly and quarterly reporting
Review drivers hours & kilometers properly and submit time sheets to payroll
Perform in collaboration with operations manager to enhance load secure policy & training for the drivers.
Handle client concerns and direct problems to suitable parties
Prepare schedule for all trips and explaining it to the drivers
Record driver concerns along with policy violations and direct main issues to Transportation Manager.
Ensure to address safety infractions along with the operations manager which are recorded by safety manager te
every company driver.
Support management team to supervise transportation personnel.
.Reporting the maintenance issues & breakdowns to the operations manager & following up with the workshop
Ensure compliance to all security as well as operational procedures
Verifying the invoices of the third party.
Preparing the daily utilization report & sending to the operations manager
