I have been exposed and involved in every detail of the business, starting from brand development, products development, design, marketing, franchising, investment proposal, investment relationship, financial management, HR, IT, logistics, manufacturing, sales, distribution, policy & procedure, quality control and quality assurance, legal, intellectual property, CRM, .....

I have managed the company from the very early stage of being a new personal care brand. The idea has developed over time to have it in its current shape being specialized in luxury natural personal care products and treatment of the highest quality. We have starting the business from scratch creating a strong brand with 800 different luxury mural and organic personal care products that meets the needs of every person in the family from babies to grandmothers/fathers. We have been very successful till date by opining 12 franchises and 4 more to open shortly and being present in 7 countries. There is no better feeling as a small company than being selected among the best 5 products of the BeautyWorld Middle East being one of the largest beauty event in the world with 1000s of companies participating in it from all over the world! We differentiate ourselves through various elements like products, innovation, look, luxury, natural, quality, ingredients and price. We don’t sell products but we sell rather a great experience of life! We have been facing lots of difficulties starting up this business starting from the authorities approving our products to limited resources to time concertinas and much more. Building up the business from scratch with very limited resources is not an experience that you may learn in books but it is an experience that you have to face by yourself to know what it is all about!
