2- Understand the original signed IFC drawing and review carefully regarding to Job ordering number from ARAMCO.
3- Review the material specification of ARAMCO.
4- Prepare material take off for the project.
5- Coordinate with technical team to get Aramco approval for material specifications.
6- Coordinate with the Procurement Department / Inventory and any third parties for provision the required materials.

15- Coordinate with the Commercial / Financial for technical Cost Recovery based upon the applicable policy.
16- Prepare the required contracts drafts (Construction).
17- Hand over the completed project documents to Operation and finance department.
