• Direct, manage and coordinate Last mile & First mile activities
• Lead and direct strategic planning for logistics
• Contribute to the development of the logistics product.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of finished goods and raw material warehouse. Directs the operations of the warehouse team to achieve objectives.
• Oversees warehousing activities to ensure processes and procedures are understood and followed; oversees warehouse compliance for inventory management, cycle counting, product handling, and other services as required.
• Resolve problems concerning logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.
• Improve operational efficiencies to increase ability to process customer orders using both systems and physical improvements.
• Recommends and ensures the implementation of changes and enhancements as necessary.
• Schedules, directs and coordinates logistics functions according to existing documented policies and procedures to ensure they are in place and followed.
• Coordinate with the operations manager to set customers SLAs, KPIs, and process

• Scheduling drivers as per zone for order pick up
• Track driver location and monitor SLA’s
• Tracking the order status and monitoring it from time to time
• Timely escalation of issues and pushing drivers to ensure maximum pick up is done without fail.

• Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day domestic & International operational activities with customers and other departments. Hiring-selecting sometimes gives training for the new couriers. Joint delivery and pick-up call with couriers to the top and VIP customers. Maintain top 100 customers from the operational side (More than 80% of the company's revenue in both domestic & international). Maintain high morale for the team through improving their level of job satisfaction. Play a major role in communicating with other company's dept. to really provide our customers an added value service.

• Apply SKY NET standard in scheduling pickups, uniforms, appearance, and tools for my team. Meeting daily to get their feedback from customers and so apply the needs on time.
