Manager of special projects for the Office of Engineering and Technical Services to supervise implement of villas and sewage and water projects in Dammam and Khobar
• Supervising the implementation of residential buildings, villas and tower, including Al-Saghaiyer Tower in Dammam, the tower consisting of two basements, a ground floor, a mezzanine, and ten typical floors
Manager of the supervision team in KFUPM workshop project
• Supervising the workshops building and its infrastructure of sewage networks, water and irrigation lines networks and electricity cables for the workshops building at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals
• Reviewing the schedule, measuring project performance, making reports, reviewing the implemented quantities, reviewing and approving invoice, following up on work, and ensuring compliance with quality requirements and conforming to the schedule
• Budget around 90 million and the area of project 10, 000 m², I start the work from the beginning from the making scan the site at foundation level using ground penetrating radio and making bore holes stage to obtaining the soil report and start the excavation and backfilling, the building is steel structure, china railway bureau group is the main contractor and Kirby is the subcontractor for steel structure
• Monitoring, controlling and managing project progress ensuring that the project deliverables meet the business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget
The project includes two phases each phase contain (100) One hundred housing units besides all connected services (infrastructure work)
I check the structure of two hundred housing unit which start from grading and excavation and executing the sub structure (strip footing and retaining wall, grade beam and grade slab), and the super structure (column and hollow block slab) and block work, blaster, tiles, the insulation system up to finishing stage.
•I check the work to ensure all work carried out under control conforms to codes and practices in accordance with the project requirements and meets the municipalities and meets all requirements of the contracts specification and ensure all work is carried out within agreed schedules, budgets and procedures.
• I am very interested and aware with infrastructure work like sewer line includes gutters, inlets, catch basins, manholes, I verified a minimum velocity allowable to prevent sedimentation that occurring in the sewer pipe or storm water pipe, and check the levels and coordinates for all utilities (water pipe line and sewer line, storm water, electrical cable (medium and low current…) to secure the maximum allowable spacing between utilities.
• I have experience in dealing with water supply, electrical supply and the structure of gate valves chambers and air valve chamber, transformer foundation.
• I check the road asphalt which contain subgrade layer, aggregate base coarse, asphalt base coarse, asphalt road surface course (MC1, RC2), curbs side walk.
•The Budget of project is 350, 000, 000 three hundred fifty million SAR
•provided all the shop drawing of utilities of Emaar project, for example the shop drawing of storm water network (UPVC pipes), sewerage network (V clay pipes), with fully completed details, levels, coordinates and coordination with other utilities and I worked all the levels of catch basins, inlet gully, house connection chambers and manholes and all of them made from FRB material and I submitted shop drawing of force main pipes (GRP pipes) until go to sewerage treatment plant area (STP).
•I provided all shop drawing of irrigation network (UPVC pipes) and potable water network (HDPE pipes), shop drawing from RO (reverse osmosis) plant area until go to villas.
•I calculated the quantity materials needed for all site like (pipes and catch basins and manholes) how much it cost and how long it will take.
•I executed it within limits of design code and specifications requirements of project I submitted Method Statement for how each item work will be performed including excavation and filling plan, equipment to be used, supervision and control.
• I worked all complete details with location of valves, elbow, air valve and washout valve, fire hydrant, coordination with all other utilities, and calculate the quantity of materials needed for all the sites.
•I worked on the design of the structure of sewerage pump station and air valve chamber and washout chamber and I executed it within limits of design code and specifications of project.
•I prepared also all shop drawing of street lighting cables and low voltage cables and medium voltage cables with feeder billers and substations.
2-2- Second industrial area in Dammam. (Project manager)
•I worked as Project manager as well as I designed structure of tanks and I I managed the project activities include the implementation of the STP (sewerage treatment plant), the insulation system in all tanks like sludge pit, sludge tank, aeration tank, MBR tank, anoxic tank, balancing tank, chlorine tank, and many of chambers like valves chamber, air blowers, back wash room, mcc room, effluent pump.
2-3-Harman high speed rail project.
I submitted structure work shop drawing with complete details of abutment and bier and girder reinforcement details and concrete dimension for two bridges, Harman high speed rail project, Saudi Railways Organization is client
I joined with job from the beginning of project.
•I was in charge for twenty villas, starting from the surveying work including excavation work, concreting work (raft foundation-hollow block slab), plastering work.
•I supervised and monitored contractor’s activities, issuing the construction document and drawing to the contractor’s for successful completion of the project, with coordination with electrical and mechanical work, create time schedule.
Summary: This Company was active in projects of discharging rains and reduce water level (storm water project), and sewer projects from the municipal projects.
• I worked in discharging rains project of areas 71&91, Elmanar, Elgalwia, Mohamadia and Khodaria in Dammam city.
• I managed the project activities include the implementation of the pipeline and survey work with the excavation and backfilling, dealt with GRB pipes of different diameter 400MM to 2200mm and UPVC pipes of different diameters, executed catch basins and the FRB Manholes with various depths from 1.5m to 6.0m, executed the air valve chamber (structure and mechanical) and wash out valve chamber (structure and mechanical) and I shared in executing the structure of pump station in Mohamedia, executed the structure of pump station in Khodaria in Dammam city, backfilling (embankment) layers until asphalt for the road and making time schedule for the project.

• Checkout the building applications and determine the decision (proclaiming) licenses for building or demolition, lifting, or repairing, or removing, and compare the licenses drawing with actual building in the site.
• I supervised and confined the quantities and did the extractors to Eight villas in 6th October city in Egypt.

• I worked in sewerage discharging project of Keman Fares in Fayoum government.
• I executed the surveying work and the excavation work and extension for pipes and executed the FRB manholes (steel and concreting) and embankment layers and base coarse layer then do asphalting work
• I executed a factory constructed in 10th of Ramadan city, isolated footing and flat slab and the factory area equal (one thousandth square meter), I worked until the factory finished.
• I constructed supplement station in Ghrdaka city, from the beginning of surveying work and excavation work and concreting isolated footing and sold slab.
• I executed Three residential tower in Cairo, the tower consists of ground floor and ten muluti story, I began the excavation level and lean concrete and raft foundation and columns, beams, and hollow block slab, and wall, I worked until the Three residential tower has finished.
• I executed the insurance works, and safety roads (newgercy and girder) in miser Alex roads, miser Beni swief road and miser Suez road.
•I executed and constructed a factory in 6th October city and I confined the quantities which consists of building labors, building services, security rooms, and Hunger (steel structure), and all of the buildings consists of three floors.
• I began from surveying and the excavation and replacement layers and placed concrete (isolated footing) and flat slab, and the building services area equal (nine hundred meter square ) and the building labors area equal(five hundred meter square)and steel structure building area(two thousandth meter square).

• I have more than 22 years’ experience including 8 years Project manager and 5 years Construction manager and more than 14 years’ work experience in KSA, including 14years experience in the field of implementation and 8 years in the field of supervision, implemented Infrastructure projects like drainage, storm water, sewer system, water lines system, and road works execution, also in deft in monitoring, controlling, coordinating and manage the activities and coordination with different disciplines and manage the projects. • I have a good experience and proven abilities in execution of the projects like buildings (residential building, villas and houses, towers) and big tanks accordance with the design codes and comply with the specification requirement • Provided resources for all site requirements such as materials, equipment, and manpower to achieve delivering project objectives within scope of work and the required plan, schedule, budget and the specified quality. • Monitoring and managing project progress ensuring that the project deliverables meet the business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget • Managing project risks including the development of contingency plans • Prepared all shop drawing and I have a good experience in calculating quantities and create time schedule, and managing the project to meet project objectives.
