Deal with corporate complaints, queries and request of information.
Provide an input to the development of the customer care related policies, be responsible for the management of the customer web-site inquiries, customer related education, internal and external reporting arrangements.

Monitoring proper Documentation cycle.
Follow up with Manpower (rental agents & dispatchers, chuffers and technicians s)
Ensure a pleasant, smooth and efficient handling of the rental processes for each customer.
Support team to minimize any wait time and provide the most efficient service possible.
Follow up cash (in & out) and retrieve amount of money collected during shift.
Follow up and maintain information in operation software.
Ensure the standard ECE text Msg. and follow up respond to customers' inquiries, and Complains.
Coach, train and pass the knowledge to his staff.
Assist customers within the queue to minimize any wait time and provide the most efficient service possible.
Solve customers’ problems.
Maintain sufficient data entry form the staff.
Handling and control all direct sales duties and over achieve the sales targets.
