Responsible for All of PetroJet Portable (Diesel Engine Drive) and Stationary (Electric Motor Drive)
Compressors, Boosters Service and Troubleshooting for different units Atlas Copco, Ingersoll Rand,
SullAir, Doosan, Bauer, and Kaeser.
Provide Service and Technical Support for N2 Nitrogen Generators and N2 Compressors.
Prepare Portable Compressors and Boosters Service Schedule plains.
Vacuum Pumps and Vacuum Stations Troubleshooting and Fault Diagnostics.
As a Field Service Engineer Support service wherever Units failed down.
Updates all the technical issues.
Reporting to Service Manager, Units Status reports.
Faults Diagnostics and Problem Solving.
Working on Root Cause Analysis to improve service effectiveness and reliability.

Prepare and execute the training plan to the service team to raise their gained skill.
Prepare the service team plan and schedule.
Follow up the performance of service staff visits and feed back of the customer, to know the level of service performing and to improve our performance.
Prepare the final service report to our department manager.
Prepare the service plan and schedule for the service contract customers.
Design and implement our new special tools to save time and efforts, which increase the team productivity.
Prepare the technical reports to the aftermarket department.
Follow up the technical issues and the new modifications with the service manager.

Executing Hydrostatic Tests on sites for different test packages, Pipe Lines, Pipe Networks, Marine
Stations, Storage Tanks, Refinery Pipes Networks, and Pressure Vessels.
Preparing Hydrostatic test Procedures according to ASME, API, and ANSI Standards.
Provide and Handle test package reports.
Responsible for Hydrostatic test calculations and safety precautions.
Onsite Hydro Test packages requirements and activities.
Prepare and Updates All Hydrostatic test equipment such as Pumps, Compressors, P Gauges,
Temperature and Pressure recorders, Recorders Charts, Valves, Fitting, and all other test accessories.
Provide and Execute Commissioning and Startup for Stations, Lines, Networks and etc.,
As a maintenance and field service engineer works in startup, maintenance, troubleshooting and
overhauling of Atlas Copco compressors specially oil injected types and dryers.
My work divided to :
As a field service engineer at the customers, works in startup of the new compressor or
compressor station with its main parts like compressors, air tank, dryers and line filters, and
accessories like water drains, pressure gauges and safety valves. Check the installation according
to the standard references and its modification.
Providing service at the customer site and in the workshop repair and commissioning activities
as assigned by the service planner.
Write the commissioning sheet during the start up and give the recommendations of the
operation.
Install the new modification and the upgrades like “the new control module for example from
Mk3 to MK4” of the components of compressor station.
The compressor mechanically or electrically troubleshooting. (
Performing the preventive maintenance of compressor, dryer, line filters and all the other
compressor room accessories.
Check up the state of the compressor room and write the field service report about its state and
its requirements at the customer visits.
The compressor overhauling at the workshop and perform an operation test for machine after
overhauling to check for all compressor parts.
Follow up the performance of service staff visits and feed back of the customer, to know the
level of service performing and to improve our performance.
Preparing and performing the technical training for the service staff about the new parts, new
modifications and new machines to cope with the latest technical information.
Programming the control module software indoors and outdoors.
Install and Implementation the upgrade of the control module according to the type of upgrading
component.
Preparing the final SPM report, which detect the final status of the machine bearing and give the
instant recommendations.
Preparing Warranty claims for the machine unit, spare parts or any main parts of the machine.
Preparing the machines status technical reports to the aftermarket department to be considered in
the service maintenance contract.

Graduation Project: Title: Design and Implementation of an integrated Hovercraft, "Air Cushion Vehicle". Category: Fluid Mechanics. Project description: Hovercraft with a single seat, designed to lift 200 Kg, by using one fan for both lifting and thrust as an integrated system. The closed type of bag skirt is used to create an air film lubrication to lift the hovercraft over the surfaces and get a frictionless movement or a movement lubricated by air. The hovercraft can move on any type of surfaces like ground, water, mud, grass, and shores, whatever the kind of surface there is no contact between the hovercraft and the surfaces which move on it, according to the concept of the Air Cushion Vehicle. Graduation Project Grade: Excellent.
