Working as one of the liner hanger team reporting to the
operation department:
Performing job preparation tasks per work.
Preparing equipment for dispatch.
Witnessing and executing the following: pre-job
briefing, on-site equipment inspection, and
installation.
Performing the on-job calculations.
Setup, recording and collecting the necessary
job’s parameters for job reporting.
Equipment assembly, testing, inspection, installation and closure.
Responding to any technical information and service
request by the operation department.
Preparing the required paper works (invoices, job's
tickets ...etc).
Participating in business development.
Providing support to the other departments as needed
(CPL, HR....).
-milk powder packaging department:
-Full responsibility of all the technical works of the department. Supervising labours, and ensuring the the product is meeting the required standards; coordinating with the quality control department.
Responsible for the packaging machines operation. Planinng and performing maintenance, and ensuring that the operation is going well.
In that factory I brought the product to the market. The first patch and I calculated the cost so the management could put up price.
Searching for clients who could benefit from the
company product.
Managing and interpreting customer
requirements.
Presenting and demonstrating how the product
will meet the client needs.
Calculating quotations.
Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms
and conditions.
Research and developement Section, design department.
Responsibilities:
-Drafting and 3D drawing using CAD software’s.
-Using CAD to study and create assemblies.
-Reviewing design layouts.
-Studying, testing and re-designing parts(spare parts) to provide their data and design layouts to the manufacturing department.
-Providing support and training tomthe design department as needed.
