• Preparing Pos' statuses for the imported shipments.
• Reconcile between the shipping documents & the issued PO's.
• Maintaining, update POs register to track shipments.
• Prepare all issued Performa invoices for repair and return spare parts.
• Preparing the needed reports for the tax team to release the shipments by paying it customs & sales taxes.
• Prepare reports and analysis needed for the fixed assets imported for the monthly, quarterly half year & yearly closing for the technical shipments.
• Maintaining update POs register to track equipments.
• Prepare periodical reconciliations.
• Tracking Technical shipments & their deliveries.
• Tracking Commercial shipments & their deliveries.
• Tracking items movements (slow - medium - high).
• Supervising for transportation activities.
• Prepare Monthly accrual for the transportation OPEX.
• Responsible for archiving activities.
• Prepare Monthly accrual for the archiving OPEX.
• Responsible for E-Recharge finance 2nd approval activities.
• Prepare monthly Report for the E-Recharge Transactions.
• Order Management in SAP AFS: To execute in the best manner the proper follow-up to administer orders’ tracking, invoicing and shipping to the various customers’ destinations.
• Articles allocation and reservation per order for customers as per orders placed by the Customer Service.
• Maintain a clean order book by reviewing cancellations and increases and update Sales and Customer Service accordingly.
• Pre-season analysis for the order book studying the products availability and coordinating with the inbound team for better availability by instructing new shipping modes.
• Follow up on delivery of goods with the Sales and Customer Service and thereby increase stock turn efficiency
• Reduce processing time by making use of system automations.
• Coordinates with DC in regards to PnP Instructions & prioritization and aligns with the DC Operation Specialist planning.
• Responsible of customer delivery Pre-Planning and aligns it with Sales and Customer Service.
• Support for posting Goods Receipt (RGR)
• Handle courier companies rates and SLA
• Controls system cleansing
• Compares PO Values against BV2 invoices
• Supports on Damage Claim entrance in adiComp
• Shop Sales Posting
