• Identify the Audit Universe & key inputs of the organization’s risk areas of the Holding company, subsidiaries & JVs and Develop detailed annual audit plan with full analysis of the financial & non financial data.

• Revnues stream analysis, varance analysis, evaluate multi source of income (advertising, sponsers) and report the potential improvements.
• Review of the workshop operation and stock process and linking with the financial information Reiew the operation of the procurement and contracts
