• Primarily responsible for providing the pre-sales activities including the tendering process, development of proposals and the design of complex cloud solutions.
• Work very closely with the Bid Team and Account Managers to respond to tenders (RFI/RFP)
• Participate to the bid and solution strategy definition, provide guidance on design optimization and positioning of value added features and key differentiators, provide competitive intelligence and contribute to the Business Case consolidation
• Maintain a high degree of technical knowledge of all Orange Business Services products, services and solutions sets.
• Maintain and regularly create financial dashboards using Python programming and Microsoft Power BI.
• Responsible for validating all non-standard elements in all proposals.
• Responsible for providing correct documentation inclusive of project hand-over detail on the customer solution to enable successful project implementation by the Service Delivery teams.
• Present proposal to internal communities as required as well as to customers.
•Transferring customer requirements into an orderable solution based on Orange Business products and services including Skype for Business Unified Communications and CISCO Networking products.
•Technical design from concept to subsequent implementation, including technical validation of all implementation, moves, adds and changes, and associated customer interactions.
•Build technical solution proposals for standard service requests when required including LAN and WAN.
•Documenting solutions to allow project teams to deploy services and for Operational hand-off.
•Ensuring that service details being requested can be delivered (checking Availability, Capacity, and Technical Compliance, Regulatory etc.).
•Support the Sales community in developing technical solutions as required.
•Liaise directly with customer to obtain all relevant technical information for successful order validation & project delivery.
•Propose alternative solutions to resolve problems and service availability issues.
•Plan, build and administer multiple Avaya products (Communication Manager, Call Management System, Meeting Exchange, Session Manager, System Manager), Ingate SIParator Proxy server and Microsoft LYNC 2010.
•Support and management of Avaya Contact Center applications (CMS, VDN, Vectoring, CTI, ECAS Call detail Recording, Witness Contact Store and Meeting Exchange conferencing system).
•Install and troubleshoot physical trunks, voicemail, digital/analogue ports and VoIP phones.
•Manage VoIP over Carrier WAN and all related components including routers, switches and firewalls.
•Manage VDN assignments, Vector writing and design.
•Maintenance and interfaces with media gateways (G650, G700, G350, G450, G430).
•Plan and maintain the IP telephony Disaster Recovery Site including the ESS server and the Call Recording System.
•Support and management of video conferencing system including MCU and ISDN Gateway.
•Support and management of SpeakerBus system (multi-site networked communications system).
•Support and management of the Exterity IPTV system.
•Plan, build and Maintain RightFax solutions and Captaris Alchemy document management product.
•Analyse the existing business problems and propose creative and effective solutions.
•Responsible for deploying different windows platforms, advanced server, creating a domain and joining it.
•Responsible for managing and organizing all network services like DHCP, DNS, WINS and Active Directory Service.
