FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1- Manage and Lead a big business in this big channels .
2- Work on delivering sales targets for all Sku’s in all channels .
3- Accountable for distribution & coverage KPI’s .
4- Leading cash van & delivery operations ensuring highest productivity .
5- Directly deal with big customers on this channels and ensuring develop a strong relationship with them to improve our sales & execution .
6- Preparing a logic forecast target plan per channel per Sku, with a S.M.A.R.T goals .
7- Develop new regional & channel opportunities .
8- Focus on coverage & productivity & availability & visibility to win sku in all channels.
9- Accountable to support our team to achieving sales mix target as matching with our target plan .
10- Working hard to developing our sales team capabilities And develop his skills .
11- Accountable customers contract and follow his implementation 100% .
12- Supervise to execution POSM materials in all this channels .
13- Accountable for cash collection as per the agreed on policy
14- Accountable for stock on ws availability plan per SKU .
15- Preparing activity a deal plan, to support our sales and Confront competitors and shut down any opportunities they have .

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to Regional Sales Manager.
Handling a huge division in ATS addition the market leaders goods .
Leading 3 channels Tradition trade & Wholesale & New channel .
• Hold accountability for Branch, and work closely with ASM to manage market share targets, distribution targets, growth strategy, along with providing leadership for maximizing productivity of the Sales Force and Company assets placed in the Sales Territories.
• Provide leadership on the day-to-day operations of the Branch, in line with the Annual Operating Plan.
• Analyze marketing, sales and customer data to determine business growth potential and to help regional Sales Manager devise sales strategy and tactics.
Ensure Implementation of the 4P’s.
• Responsible for optimum utilization of Branch resources, including manpower, assets and financial budgets at the Branch level. Equitably assigns sales force targets to ensure the Company’s financial objectives are appropriately allocated across the sales territories, sales channels.
• Develop, maintain and improve business relations with customers in different sales channels and seek opportunities for securing new business and growing the existing business. Ensure compliance in execution of Customer Agreements.
• Invest considerable time in market on a regular basis to keep abreast of the market trends and business dynamics, to handle customer issues, to monitor and guide sales teams for greater effectiveness. .
• Set performance goals, measure key performance indicators, share feedback and coach on a continual basis, at both the Branch team and individual levels.
• Guide hiring, development, training, reward and growth of Branch Sales Team.
