Preparing P&L, technical and commercial proposals, cost estimates, quotations for Pipeline and Process services project.
Preparing Tenders, related to all Pipeline and Process activities in pre-commissioning and commissioning projects.
Coordinate between clients and Halliburton for the quality of service performed.
Performing technical site visits for engineering procedures for planned projects.
Prepare pre and post project report related to the entire project performed.
Prepare and chase all the paperwork (job logs, personnel & equipment time sheet log, completion certificate of the projects….).
Lead daily crew safety meetings and responsible for crew complying with safety regulations
- Nitrogen services, chemical cleaning, Mechanical services, Pipeline services, Pumping services, and Marine services
Responsibilities
- Creation of Hydro-Test, Leak Test plans, Equipment specifications and selection
- Chemical cleaning and Oil Flushing for pipelines, Equipment specifications and selection
- Pipeline route selection including: Route Analysis, Crossing selection and design, Alignment
- Valves and equipment specification, Tank and vessel specification and design, Pipeline P&ID's (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) for facilities or processes.
- Pigging Launcher/Receiver design and specification, pump, compressors and skid mounted systems
- Coordination and Management of design documentation and procurement processes.

Pipeline & Industrial Services
Assists in Preparing & Reviewing test packs and operational procedures for nitrogen helium leak testing, strength testing, nitrogen purging, bolt tightening, & chemical cleaning.
Equipment specification, operation, maintenance & reporting.
Working with crew for safe performance of operations under.
Assists in Completing site paper work and carry out operations in compliance with company standards and procedures.
Understands client’s HSE system and procedures and implement them in the job environment
