Responsible for all QC issues - Continuous improvement and Statistical process control - Preparing ITPs and cooperation with third party audits
I've been working for more than ten years for a leading pipe manufacturer with following but not extensive roles
• Supervision of inspection activities of
GRP/GRE pipes and fittings products
• Knowledge of ASTM, AWWA and BSI
standards
• Control of non-confirming products,
procedures
• Handling customer complaints
• Reviewing operating procedures
• Provide training and development
exercises
• Provide process capabilities and yield
indices
• Compile and maintain quality records
• Audit suppliers as necessary
• Liaising with TPI and customers as
necessary
• Supplying targets for yield
improvements
• Coordinating department activities
• Reporting on Quality Measurement
Indices
• Preparation of quality monthly summary
reports
• Supporting SQC
