- Helps IT members support staff to perform their duties to the best of their ability.
- Provides training and coaching for other staff members about new Technologies.
- Organize and coordinate staff functions and activities
- Supervise daily operations and help oversee projects of high importance
- Regularly submitting reports to the IT Director.
- Acting as the contact person between the company’s top management and employees/stakeholders
- Providing strategic advice to IT Director and or the management to improve the daily management of the company.
- Organizes a calendar and keeps track of multiple projects at the same time.
Oversees Tasks
As a part of my Job description be as a vocal point between Hayat Subsidiaries (14 Locations) & Turkish HQ Team with below tasks.
- 1st line support for all subsidiaries related to clients & Servers problems.
- Check clients (Desktop & Laptop) updates, System & Security updates after we test the optimal solution to distribute.
- Follow up with subsidiaries IT members with client issues during died line which be approved & discussed with Global IT Manager.
- Push subsidiaries IT members to follow HQ standardization & procedures. ex: ( Users & Computers naming conventions ) ( New employee joining process ) ( employee leave process ) ( Asset Delivery forms ) etc.
- Check NetBackup Process in a daily/Monthly plan.
