*Prepare the yearly quarter presentation which include the key performance indicators of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), QDI (Quality Demerit Index) Productivity, and Loss tree (includes yields, losses, and wastes).
•Continues feedback meetings with shop floor to coaching, communicate them with their Performance, weak points (How can overcome the weak points?) And strengthen on their good performance and how can sustain it.
