- Managing and maintaining a set of key accounts in line with the regional growth plan.
-Development of client account management strategies in line with the company business plans, budgets and time frames.
-Development of annual budgets and tactical plans to achieve objectives.
-Pursue sales leads and respond to customer enquiries, identify research and contact prospective customers and build positive long term relationships .
-Visit existing and new customers, marketing and selling existing and new services lines.
-Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services and introduce regional specialists to the end users .
-Provide sales, marketing, technical & logistic support to end users.
-Perform contract reviews.
-Study all tenders and work with Regional Customer Service Team and Logistics to define price levels.
-Collect data from customers and liaise with IT team for product selection/retrofit jobs.
-Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organisation so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.
-Coordinating between local & international sites, supervising the work procedures and providing them with step by step support.
Marketing for exhibitions.
1) Assists passengers and checks flight tickets at entrance gate or station when boarding or disembarking airplane of commercial airline: Examines passenger tickets to ensure that passengers have correct flight or seat, and directs passengers to correct boarding area, using passenger manifest, seating chart, and flight schedules.
2) Verifies names on passenger manifest or separates portions of passenger's ticket and stamps, marks ticket & issues boarding pass to authorize passenger to board airplane.
3) Directs passengers to air-terminal facilities.
4) Opens gate & allows passengers to board airplane.
5) Assists elderly, disabled, or young passengers to board or depart from airplane, such as moving passengers in wheelchairs.
6) Announce flight information, using public-address system.
7) Post flight information on flight board
1) Assisting in supervising the quality of services offered on the flights before departure .
2) Assisting in supervising the quality procedures in catering department.
