and completeness
Managing monthly and annual accounting closing processes, including reviewing daily journal entries and
inventory adjustments
Overseeing the reconciliation of bank statements, supplier accounts, and customer accounts, and verifying the
accuracy of balances
Following up on accounts receivable and payable, preparing aging reports, and supporting collection and
payment decisions
Participating in the preparation of operational budgets and financial planning, monitoring variances, and
submitting analytical reports to management
Recording and auditing daily journal entries and ensuring their documentation in accordance with the companys
approved financial policies
Coordinating with external auditors and providing the required documents and data to ensure smooth completion
of annual audits
Preparing VAT reports and verifying the accuracy of tax returns and compliance with specified deadlines
Monitoring fixed asset accounts, calculating periodic depreciation, and ensuring the accuracy of records in
accordance with the approved accounting policy
