- Manage the process of tender invitations and full bid packages for contractors.
- Perform cost analysis and set appropriate benchmarks.
- Control, spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
- Study the contract documents of the project and develop full tender comparison reports negotiate with
contractors to ensure quality pricing and delivery objectives are met.
- Perform suppliers sourcing, selection and development.
- Review and coordination all engineering design submittals from consultant, as well as following up with the site supervision, design conflicts and variation orders.
» Duties:
o Develop and execute new improved procurement strategies across all channels of purchasing
o Perform cost analysis and set appropriate benchmarks
o Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs
o Manage, direct and monitor the overall performance of the tender process team to obtain maximum efficiency, quality, service and profitability for the organization
o effective liaison, support and assistance between tender process department and rest of organization
o maintain and improve mechanisms for obtaining opportunities, surveying and measuring tender process and disseminate feedback to the appropriate internal entities
o Manage the development of plans for tender process activities to achieve targets
o Ensure timely delivery of equipment, material & systems to support site installation works as per approved T.S.
o Prepare and follow-up the documentation for claims and variation orders.
Duties:
o Study project drawings, specifications and all related documents.
o Review tender’s proposal, technical, and financial documents.
o Collect materials/Equipment prices through issuing all the RFQs informal form to the suppliers in order to collect offers.
o Negotiate with subcontractors/Suppliers to gain the best quality, cost & terms.
o Prepare technical and financial comparisons.
o Prepare submittals for all projects to gain all required approvals.
o Prepare and finalize LOIs & P.O/Contracts for subcontractors and suppliers.
o Plan and schedule the project activities.
o Ensure timely delivery of equipment, material & systems to support site installation works as per approved T.S.
o Prepare and follow-up the documentation for claims and variation orders.
o Develops and maintains good relationship with suppliers and subcontractors.
o Estimate project's cost and pricing in terms of dry cost, labor cost…etc.
o Preparing high-quality tender documentation.
Duties:
o Responsible for Order Placement Timing, Supply / Demand Alignment, Material Replenishment and Supplier Performance
o Study, review and analyze RFP documents (BOQ, drawings specifications…etc)
o Collect raw material prices through floating all the RFQs in formal form to the suppliers in order to collect offers.
o Make commercial analysis for offers.
o Estimate project's cost and pricing in terms of dry cost, labor cost…etc.
o Set profit margin based on the direct manger recommendations
o Preparation of proposal technical and commercial offers.
o Assist the Senior Commercial staff with the preparation of cash-flow forecasts.
Duties:
