Working on a 23, 000 Tons Chiller Plant project in Jeddah which is one of the largest of its kind in the kingdom. Responsible for the as built drawings, take off, and the BOQ of the process piping, O&M Manuals for the whole project.
Worked in the construction of a 3000 MW power plant In Riyadh, in the electro-mechanical department.
Responsible for the Installation, testing and commissioning of ventilation and air conditioning systems in 6 buildings (gas turbine, diesel generation, and annex buildings)
Arrange an initial site visit to discuss the works, to allow a fee and scope of works to be agreed.
Complete a site survey of the property to discuss various issues and Inspect the property to determine whether there are repairs or defects local to the works that should be discussed.
Compile and issue information of the building Regulations.
Help with the tender process.
Visit site and inspect the works.
•Worked in different fields of the mechanical department, HVAC, fire fighting, water supply, drainage, and sanitation.
•Responsible for planning, scheduling, and extracting
•Supervising the sub-contractors
•Supervising 40+ laborers and skilled workers
•Estimated projects and submitted tenders for new projects
•Following up shop drawings, inspecting materials and work done, and attending regular meetings with the sub-contractors.
•Following up the progress in the other projects of the company which are still in their early phases

•Supervising on site house building in all its stages - steel framing, wall rising, paint, plumbing, and electrical connections.
•Lead a team of 20 employees to perform a project of building 90 prefabricated houses and four base offices for the US Army in Bagram Airbase, Afghanistan. The time limit was three months, and we did the job in less than the targeted time.
