I am still employed. I am responsible for performing daily classes of IGCSE and SAT and individualizing teaching and organizational or program planning activities. Also, I am responsible for developing skill area management system, requesting or preparing audiovisual and other material, planning individualized course of study for students, performing activities in cooperation with other members of teaching team. I am defining classroom achievement goals, evaluating student progress on a regular basis. I am preparing evaluation records, helping planning and leading formal and informal professional meetings and workshops.

It was a scholarship by the Egyptian government. A typical day was to attend lectures in the morning and to watch professional teachers perform daily classes to volunteer students at the college and also to visit some schools to attend a full day there.
