Advises and assists on the setup of medium and large financial and nonfinancial institutions in the DIFC and ADGM including banks, funds, assets managers, and family offices, in addition to the preparation and drafting of the internal directives (including risk management, anti-money laundry, credit, marketing, and business continuity plan).
