• Medical Insurance:
o Follow up insurance policies accurately
o Kept communication with the employees to check on their claims and updated them about their insurance cases.
o Conducted interactive sessions with the employees to inform them about the changes in the policies and plans.
o Studied the claims investigation and derived facts and reports relating to the insurance policy claims.
o Answers any questions the employees may have and help them in every way possible way.
o Follow up with the financial department of due payments.
• Social Insurance: (Insurance against work injuries)
o Add and delete the employees (Foreign & local) under our company sponsor.
o Follow up the patient's condition to make sure that the services provided to him
• Life Insurance:
o follow up and update the policy with the company.
• Equipment Insurance:
o Insurance of heavy equipment to use them in our construction projects
o Car Insurance for employees
o Insurance on the
