Ensuring that we all deliver superb customer service and
consistency across the board dealing with any customer
complaints, requirements and requests promptly and
efficiently making decisions and taking appropriate actions
regards to problems, conflicts and emergencies in the hotels.
Ensuring all the conference, restaurant & function rooms are
set up appropriate for the following days business complying
with security, health and safety regulations closely work with
all the HODs and send reports to GM.

Examine activities logbook, assign tasks appropriately and
implement control schedule daily.
Provide direction and guidance to front office staff to meet hotels
goals.
