 Ensuring all the conference, restaurant & function rooms are
set up appropriate for the following days business complying
with security, health and safety regulations closely work with
all the HODs and send reports to GM.
 Maintained and ensured best services offered and represented the
image of the hotel values.
 My Millennium ambassador and taking care of the hotel loyalty
membership reports and target.
 TSA key driver and responsible of the upselling program.
 Work Very closely with the department Head and Revenue
Manager for the front office department upselling
program.
 Taking care of Shift Briefing on daily basis ensuring all staff are well
communicated and Up to Date of the Hotels product.
 Examine activities logbook, assign tasks appropriately and
implement control schedule daily.
 Provide direction and guidance to front office staff to meet hotels
goals.
