• Responsibilities:
A. Division planning: Preparing the Infrastructure Division’s planning tasks including:-
-Participate as part of the division management team in the strategic planning by setting objectives and deliverables to achieve the company targets.
-Preparing adequate study for the staff & resources required to achieve the division objectives and deliverables, and establishment of delivery process for each deliverable.
-Preparing planning packages for Infrastructure tenders.

B. Projects planning: Liaise with projects planning engineers to conduct the following:-
-Producing the contractual baseline / detailed programs loaded with resources and cost.
-Establishing the manpower, equipment, material and cash histograms / curves.
-Controlling the project performance and progress using earned value technique.
-Preparing contractual / internal progress reports on weekly and monthly basis.
-Producing target programs and short term construction look ahead programs.
-Monitoring / reporting project cost data, including budgeted and forecasted amounts.
-Producing the project organization charts and staff allocation / requirements.
-Preparing manpower / equipment requirements and tracking productivity rates.
-Establishing procurement tracking schedules and material / shop drawing log sheets.
-Preparing / reviewing subcontractor programs and monitoring / controlling S.C’s progress.
-Producing revised / recovery programs and mitigation / action plans.
-Preparing delay analysis by several techniques for extension of time claims.
-Participate in preparation of prolongation cost claims associated to extension of time.
