Oversee and manage the financial operations of 15 group companies engaged in real
estate development, property management, and investment activities across multiple
jurisdictions.
o Consolidate group financial statements and ensure timely, accurate monthly, quarterly,
and annual reporting in compliance with IFRS and local regulatory standards.
o Monitor financial performance of subsidiaries, analyzing variances and providing
strategic insights to support executive decision-making.

audits, financing arrangements, and compliance matters both domestically and

liquidity and capital allocation across the group.
o Support the CFO in strategic planning, budgeting, and long-term financial forecasting
aligned with the group’s growth objectives and investment strategy.
o Evaluate and report on international investment portfolios, including returns, risks, and
compliance with host-country regulations.
o Lead and mentor finance teams across subsidiaries, promoting a culture of financial
discipline, accuracy, and accountability.
o Drive automation and digital transformation of financial systems to enhance reporting
efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

o Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term
and short-term decision making
o Present financial reports to the chairman, vendors, and customers if needed
o Update and fully implement an appropriate accounting software
o Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for
financial purposes
o Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
