Main responsibilities:
- Set and follow up the "milestones" of the established projects.
-Train the involved persons against (food safety system, quality management system, etc.) to improve
their skill matrix, check their efficiency and effectiveness.
-Food safety team leader.
-Internal audit team leader.
-Lead, coach, and support the QC/QA team in Following tasks:
- Verifying the good implementation of (FSSC22000) Food Safety management system requirements
(PRPs, HACCP, etc…), forfinal products andthereceived rawmaterials.
- Food safety team annualmeetings, and manage the required actions for continuousimprovement.
- Maintaining, updating, validating, and verification of the Food safety system (FSSC 22000) for
continuous improvement, & Quality management system (ISO 9001/2015).
- Ensuretheimplementationof thenational standards.
- Monitoring of the QMS "Quality management system", and food safety requirements according to
MIFAD system, in addition to handling of the daily related records to FSSC22000, and Quality
management systems (QMS) (ISO9001/2015).
- Follow up theKey quality attributes (KQAs) to measure, andcontrol theprocesses performance.
- Handle VOC "voice of customer” process to be translated into CCRs "critical to customers’
requirements”, then translate them into CTQs "Critical to quality "to be measured and improved.
-Handle customer claims through measure, and analyse data to find root causes, and set suitable
corrective actions, and followtheir implementation by establishing "action plans" to reach customer
satisfaction.
- Monitoring andfollowing up of thetrials of newproductsin association with R&Dsection.
- Handling the required action plans for troubleshooting, and reducing quality defects in association
with R&D section, and develops the released standards by R&D and controls their implementation.
- Holding of external audits onsuppliers.
- Handling of therequired internal audits holds by customers, andfollows up their requirements.
- Handling of thenon-conformities andtheir correctiveactions.
