Performs installation of DEKA Laser Machines and other Aesthetic Equipment’s
Performing a demonstration to the End-user
Performing Preventive maintenance of the DEKA Laser Machine
Routine follow-up with the customer about the status of the machine.
Providing clinical documents as per the customer requirements.
Maintaining the documentation of the Machines for each Customer.
Maintaining the stocks of the spare parts and updating in the system.
Attending the Emergency calls with other regions of branch-like Qatar, UAE, Oman, and
Kuwait
as per the needs.
Reporting to the manager about the weekly plans and the job done.
Handling technical & operational activities of installing biomedical equipment’s
Perform inspection and installation on various equipment’s and apparatus
Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of medical equipment’s on the schedule
Maintenance and troubleshooting of medical equipment’s clinically as well as technically
Maintaining of all the laser, Ophthalmic, and aesthetic machines in Almana group of hospitals
Provide training to Doctors and nursing staffs of new arrived medical equipment’s
Maintaining the documentation for medical equipment’s
Coordination with service personnel of various medical equipment companies
Maintain the spare parts and accessories of laser machine in the data base
Preparing the treatment protocols for laser machine
Making OVR and related documents for CBAHI and JCI Accreditation
Performing the laser safety continuing education for doctors and staff nurse
Establishing a strong network of dealers and buyers in Chennai zone.
Managing outstation leads in Salem, Erode, Coimbatore, Hosur etc.
Having a thorough knowledge of market’s needs and requirements.
Arranging and performing product demonstration before purchase.
Home installation.
Rendering technical Support including product service and troubleshooting post purchase.
Preparing statistical reports regarding company products and performance.
Analyzing the market condition and preparing monthly and quarterly reports.
