- Deliver service and support to end-users using and operating automated call distribution phone software, via remote connection or over the Internet;
-Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services;
-Gather customer’s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the system
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity
-Follow standard processes and procedures;
- Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications;
Redirect problems to appropriate resource;
- Accurately process and record call transactions using a computer and designated tracking software;
- Organize ideas and communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations;
- Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary;
-Stay current with system information, changes and updates
• Implements selection, testing and recruitment policies and procedures (screening applicants, scheduling and administering tests and evaluations of applicants’ qualifications).
• Contacting candidates, following-up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline
• Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews.
• Provide reporting and regular status updates to the Director of Recruiting and Hiring Manager as required.
1. ترويج عقارات الشركة إلى العملاء الحاليين وجذب عملاء جدد.
2. معرفة كافة المعلومات المتعلقة بالعقارات المتاحة وتقديم شرح وافٍ عنها للعملاء.
3. الحصول على طلبات الشراء من العملاء.
4. التأكد من رضا الزبائن عن العقار والخدمة المقدمة.
5. التواصل الدائم مع الزبون والتعامل الجيد ومتابعة اخباره.
6. تغطية كافة الزبائن على امتداد المنطقة الجغرافية والعقارات.
7. تحصيل مستحقات الشركة ومتابعة الديون عند العملاء دون تأخير.
8. تقديم تقارير منتظمة عن المنافسة في السوق من حيث الأسعار والعروض والعقارات الجديدة والدعاية والإعلان، أو توقف بعض الزبائن عن التعامل مع الشركة.
